PETER J. “CHIP” HURLEY III, P.E., Principal
A respected industry leader with over 40 years of engineering design and management experience, Chip Hurley, brings leadership, expertise, and creative solutions to every project. His first year in the AEC industry spent as a practicing architect gives him the distinct ability interpret a project’s vision while maintaining its integrity. He brings significant experience in both design innovation and construction of structural systems. He has been responsible for the design of a wide variety of commercial and residential projects ranging from $100k - $200M, including the design of new health care, industrial, and educational facilities. His extensive knowledge paired with his ability to adapt to change allows him to think outside the box and offer a unique perspective.

BINIAM “BEN” MICHAEL, P.E., S.E., Principal
Ben has provided design and management leadership for over 20 years on a wide variety of project types. He has been the engineer of record and the project manager on projects including hotels, mixed-use/retail, parking garages, museums, amphitheaters, stadiums, education K-12, colleges and universities, airports, mega airplane hangars, warehouses, police stations, courthouses, banks, hospitals, urgent care facilities, restaurants, several Starbucks, and many more. His primary areas of specialization include institutional, aviation, commercial, and hospitality design with a concentration on mid-rise and multi-story high-rise buildings, residential towers, and major brand hotel projects. He has extensive experience in undertaking structural analysis, design, project management, and has developed expertise in all aspects of project delivery. His background also includes years of construction engineering field experience ranging from site layout to construction inspection and construction supervision of simple to high profile projects.
