PETER J. “CHIP” HURLEY III, P.E., Principal

A respected industry leader with over 40 years of engineering design and management experience, Chip Hurley, brings leadership, expertise, and creative solutions to every project. His first year in the AEC industry spent as a practicing architect gives him the distinct ability interpret a project’s vision while maintaining its integrity.  He brings significant experience in both design innovation and construction of structural systems. He has been responsible for the design of a wide variety of commercial and residential projects ranging from $100k - $200M, including the design of new health care, industrial, and educational facilities. His extensive knowledge paired with his ability to adapt to change allows him to think outside the box and offer a unique perspective.

BRIAN FREY, P.E., Principal

Brian has been responsible for the structural design and project administration for large scale building structures including institutional structures, high- and mid-rise commercial buildings, healthcare, mixed-use, sports and entertainment and performing arts facilities. He has developed extensive experience in the design of various types of structures including steel, tilt-wall, post-tension, wood, concrete, masonry, and composite design. He has collaborated on numerous projects, diverse both in scale and type, working with Architects, Builders, Developers, and fellow consultants to find economical and appropriate solutions to structural problems for both new and rehabilitation projects.
